Starting Problems (originally titled: big problem)

I have newly rebuild the engine. 1st crank the engine start... it starts reliably from cold but if I then stop off somewhere then try to start it again it wont start and I have to faff around to get it to start.Once the car is going the power delivery is very smooth (not lumpy) and the car feels great .My main reasoning being that once its started it goes like a rocket, accelleration is smooth. i have read quite a bit and it is ignition system. i know my plugs are gone but i use (bhr ignition coil and decat pipe) no way off lubricant issues and after the engine is newly build it had starts for around 17 to 18 hours and my AC fan doesn't work so i don't turn on the AC. Right now i don't have new plugs so i am putting some ATF inside the engine through the plug holes and than start the engine and it get start..My air/fuel ratio is also perfect 14 to 14.3 and no rpm fall at ideal.i don't even get time for braking the new engine. i just ordered plugs in usa, no rx8 plugs are found in our country so i need to wait it and its making me warred does my engine getting damage as the coolant inside the engine.

check the engine compression but it is very low so i told it to my big brother and he told me that as the don't get braking after the rebuild so the compression is low,he suggest me that first change the plugs than drive it and it would be okay. so my question is issues, my brother is right or not or it can be other problem? .. i my really warred does the engine need to be rebuild because right now i don't have any money
Please help me out

Troubleshooting would be a better location than Suggestions (which is for forum suggestion)

You problem sounds like your rebuild was flawed.
