Unhappy Stopped using oil?

I've tried searching but cant seem to find much of anything.

I have a 2004 6 speed with about 58,000 miles.

I've been checking my oil every 2 fill ups from the day I bought it in February, and was using a steady 1/2 qt of oil about every 400 miles, maybe more. I drive my car VERY hard, and redline it a few times daily. I recently changed my oil just over 600 miles ago, and have filled up with gas almost 4 times now and premix about 8oz every tank.

I checked my oil level twice after I changed it to make sure it was just to the full line. After my hour drive (roughly 120 miles) home and a nearly a whole tank of gas, I checked it again after it sat for about 15 minutes, and had used a little oil (maybe 1/8 of a quart). Well I keep checking the oil level and it hasnt budged. Im not driving my car any different, and I still drive the same routes daily. Honestly, if I wasnt premixing, Id be afraid my engine would be gone by now...

I would also like to add that I just switched from 5-20 to 10-40.

Does the thicker oil just burn slower? Or could one of my oil injectors be clogged?

Please dont "flame me" if this has been answered. I just want my car to be ok and cant seem to find the answer.

read through this https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-tech-garage-22/possible-new-renesis-engine-failure-theory-210194/

The switch of oil should have not stop consumption (though it MAY slow down, because the weight of the oil is thicker/ heavier? Though I don't know much about oil viscosity, so I'll let the pro's chime in on that )
