Stuttering problem 2500 to 3500 rpms.
Ok, so I have looked at many threads and I been reading it may be an apex seal, it could be the fuel pump/filter, and it could be the ignition coils.
Now I replaced my ignition coils less than 3000 miles ago, with new spark plugs and wires, but what the problem is when I start to drive, I can feel my car stuttering when I get to 2500 to 3500 rpms, after that it gets very high horsepower and I have no issues, but when I shift and it goes below that range it has no power and feels like the car is rocking back and forth trying to keep up, loss of power. I'm not running any codes, my CEL isn't blinking or even on for that matter.
Now I think I ruled out the fuel pump/filter since I am getting fuel in very high rpms, and the coils are new factory, and I doubt I would gain power and be able to redline if it was the apex seals.
The only thing I can think of would be the SSV, or other things like that.
What I am trying to find out is,
has anyone else had these issues? If so what did you do to fix this issue?
What else have I missed?
Could it be electrical?
I guess another good question is, what goes on in the engine or needs to happen at that range?

Maybe I should tell you when i changed out the spark plugs, this time, whoever put them in had put the plugs on the left as both lead and the right side they had both trail, I saw this and put the new ones in correctly.
Should I reset my ecu or whatever?

I was reading this and thought that this man had the same kind of issues as I, so I may do this too
