sway bar

me and my friend was putting my new springs on my car and we unhooked the sway bar from the frame and when we were tightening one of the bolts
my questing is what might me the best way to fix this

Wow! Let me fill in the blanks. I take it you overtightened a bolt and snapped it off. Drill out or do whatever it takes to remove the bolt stem. Get a new bolt!

yea sorry bout that
so it is possible to drill through the metal there and put a new bolt there

ok that what i was thinking but my friend was thining that might be to strong of metal to drill through

I figured that maybe you were tightening one of the bolts, and you slipped and tore some skin! I was gonna recommend this:
