Red face Are these reusable/repairable?

Hi guys,

Pulled my motor apart today as it was burning water and basically exhaust gases were getting into the cooling system and vice versa, so blown coolant seals most probably due to me driving with a partially clogged cat for over 6 months.

To my surprise, the water jackets have erroded on the outer side on the inner coolant jackets. Are these housings repairable or are they a lost cause? If they can be repaired, how so?

Thanks...

My rx is blowing alot of smoke on start up and runs roigh on start up. Once it warms up and I drive a sec it stops smoking and runs great. I know it is coolant in the rotor house but how do I know if it is crack housing or blown seal?
