The stepper or dual position sensors(much less likely) could be going bad. Get the TB replaced.

Thanks for the reply, I didn't think about the throttle sensors must be due to long history of throttle cables lol. I've got a throttle controller hooked up, which I think might be the culprit. I did the reset pumping brakes method, since then the interrupts are gone. But the tb sound is still there just not breaking. I now am having doubts if the tb should be making any noise at all on the acc ignition state?
