throttle position sensor
hey guys put the car on the dyno yesturday andwe noticed the tps lights went on after 3 dyno runs any suggestions as to why this came on.its a garret 35r turbo with bairings so that it will spool faster. also the engine light is on.

tps light is not throttle position, i think the light ya had was the traction light. it came on because you did not disconnect the two speed sensors to the real wheel thereofre with the back wheels spinning and the front ones not, the 8 thought you were out of control, cut the power and gave ya a faulty dyno reading.

hey zoomzoom 8 i just went by what my mechanic said i'll have to get back to you, if its tps that should be tire pressure sensor cause i dont have the valve stems on the after market rims.

the tps light for tire pressure looks like a little ! sign. if it was the traction control, it would be a little car swerving. That is when power is actually cut, but with interceptor i do not know if that will still cut the power, the int is so new to me, first night with it.

well when it was on the dyno we did turn off the dcs which shows the car swerving symbol and the little ! sign was on because of my after market rims without the tire pressure senser. it was on the laptop that mentioned the throttle senser when connected to the interceptor-x. will talk to scott tomarrow and see
