Totally Stumped Plz Help

Ok so I don't post a lot but Im always on here trouble shooting my problems thx to y'all..here's my situation

2004 rx8 6spd
80122m

Car was running great until I tried to set up a new amp..btw I had someone (uncles friend) install a 10inch sub and some amp previously, well the amp stopped working a long time ago

I bought a new amp and swapped it out..took the battery terminal off and swapped amps..wired it wrong (put the ground in the power and power in the ground :/) I know dumass..so I disconnected the battery and put them in the right place
So amp turns on and now car can't hold an idle..disconnected the battery again and disconnected the amp, still can't hold an idle..problem happened while I was at AutoZone and they couldn't find a problem, battery and alternator good..took it to a shop and they couldn't find any engine or electrical problems...any ideas???

-Just replace the master slave cylinder
-had the oil changed right before that
Any ideas would help, don't know what to do...
