Traction Control Light

Traction Control Light
I just got done replacing plugs and coils and when I turned the car back on, my traction control is staying on. I followed the procedure for the DSC by turning the wheel to the left, then right while the key is turned. The DSC light is not flashing anymore, but the traction light is staying on. Did I do the DSC procedure properly? This is what I did:
Key in, ignition turned, but car off
Turned wheel all the way to the left, then all the way to the right.
Turned key back off, then turned the car on.
Please help me out.
Thanks.
