I'm with Zoom on this one now.
Again, check to make sure they are tight down at the plug end.
Then..........with the car off, I think I might try and move the plug wires away from an metal surface. Might have to wait for morning and light, but inspect them closely and make sure none gone burned up by touching the engine too much and possibly melting the insulation just enough????????

Before I took the video I pushed them in as much as I could and they didnt move at all
... Ill wait till daylight to mess with them again. Ill take them off and inspect the plug wires...I apprecaite it fellas... Ill keep yall posted

Hmm this scares me... As in my post above when I was pushing the plug wires as hard as I could to make sure they are connect my hand touched the throttle body and it hurt instantly. Is the throttle body supposed to be really hot? I touched the corner for like a second or so. I suppose I know the difference between a shock and a burn but ive been tazered before in my leg and it burned so now im really confused

So does most everything in that engine bay.
That's why I don't really want your plug wires laying on the motor housing.
FYI, plug wires are NOT made to be pushed on with all your mite.
Wait till morning, remove that drivers side wheel, gentle remove the wires one at a time, from both ends and inspect them. When putting back on, do not have them laying on the housing. I'm not sure about the BHR system, but most plug wires sort of click or snap on, you can feel it when it does this. Pushing extremely hard might only compound the problem.

Yeah Charles said on the directions to be gentle with them, I should correct what I said. I didnt push them with all my might, i simply used my thumb and gave them a decent push. But yeah they ALL went on perfectly when I connected them. Every single one made that Zip Tie noise so they have to be connected... This is why im confused...

That ticking did appear to be near the ignition components.
I suggest you remove the front-driver side tire so you can get a better look/feel around the spark plugs.
Light pull each plug wire away from the plug to see if one comes loose.
See if one wire boot is pulled-out from the plug more than the other.

If you can't find anything unusual with the spark plug area, try to narrow down further where the ticking is coming from.
Take a long thin metal rod and place the tip on random components (that aren't moving) and feel for the ticks to vibrate the rod.
Better than a rod would be a mechanic's stethoscope.

I'm having the same sort of problem with my idle, although my RX-8 is completely stock. It doesn't have a steady idle and has a small vibration to it. I'm looking forward to you finding a solution.

Nope... I know I said I would update this thread but since I lost compression and received a new one this problem went away.
I could only assume something had broken off in the engine and just spun around for awhile...
