Vacuum leak behind intake....

Vacuum leak behind intake....
I got hit a few weeks ago in the LF of the car. Needed a new fender, bumper, and headlight assembly. I got the car back friday and now have a CEL for a lean condition, and I can hear hissing behind the intake. I don't see how the accident is related to the engine problems. Anyway, is there anything back there I should look for? Insurance won't cover it, so I'd like to tackle this myself.
Thanks guys!

Are you positive its a vaccume leak? Do one of the many checks to see if its a leak. and where its coming from. You can spray starting fluid aroudn the intake and see if hte idle changes. If so, you have a leak. You coudl also try blowing smoke form a cigerette aroudn the intake and see if it gets sucked into the intake anywehre. If that happens it shoudl show you the location of the leak. There are a few hoses back there that could be cracked or have been left off or knocked off.

I don't know for certain it's a vacuum leak, but the CEL for the lean condition and the hissing noise led me to that conclusion.
I knew the starting fluid trick, haven't tried it yet. Cigarette smoke, though, is new to me. I'll post my findings later.
Thanks for the quick response!

Well, I figured it out. After spraying around with starting fluid, I discovered the leak was from the vfad nipple. The cap I stuck on there a couple years ago when i removed the vfad fell off. Thanks for your help!
