Warranty Wizard???

Hi all,
I was going through some of the TSB's and my car does seem to match several things on the list. At the bottom of every TSB it says:

"This warranty information applies only to verified customer complaints on vehicles eligible for warranty repair. Refer to the Warranty Wizard for warranty term information."

Does anyone know where or what exactly the warranty wizard is? I have spent the last half hour searching and am getting nowhere.

Thanks!

Kyle

I think the warranty wizard is something the dealerships use, not something everone can get at. I am pretty sure TSBs are sent out to the dealers but Rosenthal Mazda is cool enough to post them on their site so owners like us will be aware of what the dealership "SHOULD" do in a particular instance.

Definitely a dealership tool. Be aware that a TSB is not a warranty item. It's simply a way to show how to correct problems that don't get covered in the service manual. If you have the problem, the correct vin and are still within the 4yr/48K, you will be covered.
