Weird Fuel Trims

Weird Fuel Trims
Issue:
Car stutters at first when getting on the gas then continues as normal after, also has died at idle a few times. Also ST and LT fuel trims are not where they should be, during cruising at a steady speed LT Fuel Trims usually range from 1 through -2 but at idle they creep down to about -15 or so and the same goes for the ST fuel trims. AFRs are about right but run lean at times.
What ive done:
Switched out the MAF with one that works
Checked fuel pressure and it is at 60psi
Vacuum is at 17in/Hg right behind the throttle body
No vacuum leaks that I have found
Checked all coils and plugs and they are working or in good condtion
Possible problems still:
Injectors not flowing well
Bad main o2 sensor
Im just putting this up to see if anyone has had and similar problems or can give me some idea as to what else could be causing the problem. If you have any ideas id like to hear them.
Also tomorrow I will be running a can of seafoam through the gas to try to clean the injectors that way so I will update this once I do that.
Thanks everyone.
