What does this error code mean, and what is the urgency?

This morning I turned on my car and my CEL was on. Which has never happened to me in the 2 years with the car. Anyways I took it to my local oil change shop to get a reading.

The code was p0270

They looked it up and it said the error was "cylinder 4 injector control circuit low"

That honestly makes so since to me... the car doesn't have cylinders?

Anyways, Can someone put this into plain english for me? Does anyone have any idea of the urgency on this? should I try to take it all the way to the dealership today or do you think it can wait until Monday or Tuesday?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

You sure its P0270 and not P2070?
P0270 is not in the factory service manual.

Well I went to the dealership. Jon, you were right. I think the guys at the oil change place read it wrong or something.

ANYWAYS. It was the intake valve. It is sticking due to carbon (apparently). so it doesn't always close or something. Basically it leaves me very vulnerable to flooding and stalling while idling (happened once a few weeks ago). So I am getting it fixed asap. It's gonna cost like $675 (warranty went out in may... DAMMIT! haha). Anyways, good thing I was paranoid about it. I noticed significant shudder while idling on the trip home.

Decisions decisions...
To do it yourself will only cost you the price of coolant, carb cleaner, shop rags, and time (couple hours)

After watching that video I'm not comfortable doing that haha. It's not worth it to me to mess up engine parts. I'm a student and my dad already agreed to pay for it. I'd rather be out 600 bucks than an entire engine...

Plus they apparently have a newer valve with a higher spring load or something that is supposed to prevent this from ever happening again. :/

LOL... no problem Alexb, you should never dig into something you're not comfortable with.
And you're right, there is an updated valve assembly.

But thanks for the suggestion, if I was more familiar with engine stuff I would absolutely do that.

What's amazing to me is that this isn't considered "drivetrain" under the warranty... wtf.
