What part is this?

cant find the name of this part looked everywhere. its a plastic piece with 4 small hoses that connect to the oil metering nozzles.

Also anyone know where I can find the quick release connector for the fuel line going from the intake to the fuel tank I believe it's a blue clip with brown c clip

It's part # N3H1-13-158b called Insulator(L), Fuel Dist.

Also look at the area of the pic under the "cap VFAD here" txt. that is where the fuel lines enter the engine bay

Got me a rebuilt engine from Mazmart and put it in, having a hard time firing up? Any suggestions
