Wheel Noise unexplainable
Heres the story on this mazda rx8 2004
I had drove up to lake berryesssa last sunday and had hit a sharp rock and poped a tire and it was a new tire to that poped.
i took it to firestone to have new sumitomo tires replaced on all 4 tires because i had mismatched percentage tires on each so thought it would be good. i got 225/45z18 that was my mistake lol shoulda got the 245/40 it had before lol other than that
When i had gotton it bk it started doing this werid noise when i brake and turn left
heres a vid with my lazy attitude go watch it and let me know our opinions plz just soi have as much info as i can get on what it could be.

sry should have mention it dose not make the noise when it has no weight on the wheel and i have taken the wheel off and torqued it and it did not help in the slightest for this noise

Sounds to me like the spring creaking. And in the video, its hard to tell from the angle, but it looks like the upper control arm is rubbing on the bottom spring perch of the strut. or the spring itself. If so, it would make sense that it goes away when jacked up.
If you have 2 floor jacks you can use one to mimic the weight of the car with the wheel off. Jack up the car. Remove the wheel. Put the second jack with a small block of wood on the lower ball joint. Then lower the first jack. The suspension will sit loaded as though the wheel is on. Then you can get a good look at whats going on there.
