I have a new rx8 with only 3k miles on it...
however window regulator broke on me but i took it to mazda and they fixed it without a problem.
But now everytime i drive above 20+ mph theres seems to be a rattling noise coming from driver side of the window, or when i drive on the highway there seems to be outside air trying to come into my car. i took it to mazda and they said theres nothing wrong with it. And i want to know could be the regulators fault?

Can you duplicate the noise for the technician at the dealer? If so do it.
Your draft. Ask them to remove the door panel and make sure that the plastic liner that seals the metal door frame to the interior is still intact. Not ripped.
If it is ripped during warranty service/repair they have to replace it.
I would have them check for whats rattling in the door also. It wasn't there before. And now it is.

i wish i could duplicate the noise.
However when i tell them theres a noise emitting from the window side they told me theirs was a lose screw or something, and when they said they replaced the screw everything should be fine. but the noise was still there and they couldn't find any problems with it

do you know if that window has been shattered/replaced before you got it? I know you have one 3k on it but still.. could happen. because my driver window was busted and the shop that replaced it didn't use OEM glass and the new glass is thinner and I have the same issue you do. hope this helps or gives you another thing to check into.

I had my driver side door lock break and I fixed it myself. There's a handful of fasteners, screws, and nuts inside the panel that holds the switch, speakers, window sliders, springs, and lock actuator. As 'Easy E1' noted; besides the inner garnish, there's also a foam lining glued to the edges of the door trim that acts as a seal and prevents creaking sounds while the car is in motion. Anyway, here's a link so you can get a better understanding of what's behind and inside the door trim: 'red_rx8_red_int' Pics, "Front Door Trim Removal/Installation"

You could complain about it to the Manager of the dealership, but i guess it's up to you now to solve the problem, good luck.
