I was routing a cable for my amp next to the main wiring harness and accidentally damaged a wire(s), it's hard to tell because of their position.

It could be:
red w/ silver bars
blue w/ white stripe
blue w/light green stripe

Everything else in the car seems to work fine, could any of these damaged wires be the culprit?

Sure its possible.
The wipers and the heated seats are on two different circuits though.

The wiper from the motor to the switch has a red wire and a blue wire w/ white stripe.
And going from the seat warmer relay and the switch is also blue wire w/ white stripe.

 

for kicks and giggles check all your fuses not sure if there on the same fuse but doesnt hurt to look. check all inside the car and in the engine bay

 

I've already answered that...

Only way one fuse would affect both is the 120A MAIN fuse... but he would have other noticeable problems.

I'll test the blue/white and red wires to see if there is a break in the wire.

Is there any way these types of systems could short out if the red/blue+white wires came in contact?

 

Sure... and you'll likely then blow its fuse.
Its possible if you shorted multiple wires together, you could blow multiple fuses.
In your case, based off what you said doesn't work, it would be the 20A WIPER and the 20A SEAT WARM fuse.
Never hurts to check.
