NB 17" rim size for 215/55/17

Hey guys, I'm new here and couldn't find what I was looking for by search. I recently picked up an 04' GT, and am pricing out winter tires. I know, it's almost spring, but winters in Atlantic Canada can be long and gruesome!

I've been looking at the Firestone Winterforce 215/55/17 but only one shop in town has 17" steel rims in stock for them. I emailed him for dimensions and he got back to me with "Its a 5 bolt hole pattern, center 67.1, studs 12x1.50. Does not mention offset.".

Any idea if these will work on my car?

not without data on offset and bolt pattern. There are four common 5-bolt patterns: 5x110, 5x112 (VW), 5x114.3 (most asian imports), 5x120 (BMW/Merc?).

You want 5x114.3 (or 5x4.5") with an off-set in the 35-50mm range. Keep in mind that not all 17" wheels will fit over the brakes.
