17x8 Mille Miglia Uno for winter?

I need your help! I'm looking ahead for winter next year, and I've come across these wheels for a very, very great price. They won't last, so I need to make a quick decision. Again these are stictly for winter use, possibly pairing them up with a set of Blizzaks. Not asking for aethetic opinions, I know, not the greatest looking wheels. Will they fit???

Mille Miglia Uno
-17x8
-5x114.3 (they said it would fit an RX-7?

I didn't know RX-7s had the same bolt pattern)
-Estimated 40mm offset
