18x9.5 +15 and coilovers
hey guys just looking for a little advice and guidence, fairly new got involved in a accident with my g35 and picked up a rx8 a couple months ago, love the unique style the rx8 has but i dropped it on tein s springs and its sitting on g35 rims right now. while happy with the drop im looking to go lower. just ordered megans coilover kit, also on there way in the mail is a set of MB battle rims. sizing at 18x9.5 +15 im looking to run 225/40/18 tires in the front and 245/40/18 in the rear. my question to you guys is would you advise getting a camber kit to go along with this new set up? also i plann on having the fenders rolled but was qurious if you guys think i might have to get them pulled a little and would the tab connecting the rear bumber and rear quarter be any issue at all??
thanks for all the help guys any advise is greatly appreciated.

1. Don't need a camber kit.
2. Yes, roll the fenders.
3. Yes, pull the rear fenders.
4. I'm not 100% sure for 9.5 in the rear, but the rear tab may play a factor.
I'm running exactly what you're running up front and the same tire in the back but on a 10.5 + 15.

Hi Guys,
Sorry to thread jack (kinda),
Will 245/40/18 on 18x9.5 + 15 all around work on coilovers?
Or will it run/hit the front guard?
Cheers,
edit: just realised I bumped 3 year old thread

thanks dannobre - I'm just wondering if I'm missing something? I currently have Hiros 19 X 9.5 +35 on 265/30s in the rear. Why would I have to do a roll with the MBs at +35?

Hey RotaryMachine - thanks for info! Was hoping I could get away without rolling the fenders, but as you and others have said it just won't work. Are you rolling the fenders yourself or using a shop? I'm in Drayton Valley, so pretty close to Edmonton. We don't have a lot of options here, but if you know of a good shop in Edmonton that could do the roll for me I'd appreciate you letting me know.

I just moved to Edmonton a few weeks ago. I'm booked in to TT Automotive as I'm currently just renting an apartment and don't have a garage or my tools in the city. They are booked up until the end of May right now so call right away if you want to get it done soon!

Thanks! I'll give them a call first thing Monday to book in. BTW saw your wheels on your turbo build thread and they look awesome! Looking forward to seeing then on your ride. Did TT give you any idea what the cost for the roll and trimming is? Just trying to budget it in.
