6 Spoke Rims?

Hey. It's me again. Well, I'm on the hunt for some rims and I've narrowed my choice to either five or six spokes. If I go with five, then it'd be either Nismos, Axis Hiros, or Axis Matrix.

I also like six spoke rims. So, that leads me here. I was wondering if youse guys can help me find a set of either 19" or 20" six spoke rims that are TPMS compatible. I'm looking for a staggered set, possibly 9.5" front and 10.5" rear both with +25 or less offests.

Please post links, pics, etc. Thanks in advance.

almost impossible to run19x 10.5 with a +22 offset without a negative 4-5 camber

I've got a camber kit that should fix that problem...although 19x9 or 19x9.5s would be good too? Also, +25 offsets would be okay.

with a 9.5 you could probbaly pull it off but you need to get your inner fenders trimmed or rolled. not to mention a tire size with a tinner width probably 245/255 or so....

As far as I've read, I could fit 285/30/20 on the rears. Some folkers go up to 315/25/20s. But I'm not trying to do all that. The fenders in the rear shouldn't need to be rolled unless my springs start to sag. Either way, I can use a strech of ABS pipe to roll 'em.

Oh, btw...this isn't for my 8. These rims are intended for my Z.

Here are my 6 spoke. They are BIM Creativestudio Driftmasters, AKA Bridgestone Japan. Although they are not TPMS compatible Bridgestone has a massive line of wheels and you just might find something you like. The ones I have I think come in 4 colors. here is one of the links. I had them imported and shipped to my house from Memory Fab in Calf. Great company and shipping was only $100.00. I also put that link in.

Thanks for the inputs. I'm looking for something more on the lines of this:

This is an AME Shallen SX. Sweet wheel. The only issue is they are, similar to HRE, made to order, forged wheels. That means, they are over $2k per.

Why you so grumpy, brah? And yes, I do post some 8 stuff on the Z forums I visit. But this isn't necessarily an 8 or Z "post." I'm looking for rims, man...and besides, I think I've been around here and know most enough not to "insult" anyone with my queries.

Anyhoo......

Canary8,
Dude...those are sick! That look is EXACTLY what I'm looking for! Is 18" the biggest they come in? Cause, I'm looking for atleast 19" and maybe 20" in that same style. Do you know of any variant brands that make 'em bigger in that style? The wheel wells in my...*ahem*...car...are pretty big. So I'm looking for something to fill 'em in...

I'm diggin' these 5Zigens too, but they are not compatible with tpms and don't quite trust the "banding" method [I posted a DIY I found on the Z forum for tpms banding] quite yet. Here's the Gravis 1's by 5Zigen:

ac3mastuh,
Dude, those would be perfect too! But I'm afraid to ask "how much?" I know the 19" TE37s run a good $750 a rim. My budge is $3k with tires...btw, how do you know they're not tpms compatible? I've read that all Volks 1-piece rims should be TPMS compatible...am I wrong?

I just looked these up...with my budget, I could buy two of them and zero tires.

Any other six spokes in a more affordable range?

I think they only come in 18 or smaller, but not like it matters, as these are the ones you should get:

Jline's 6rl2 (maybe in a different color though)

more info on their lineup here: http://www.jlinewheels.com/models.html

I think they're gorgeous, would look insane on your car in a black chrome or anthacrite finish, or even the high polish as well.

Come to think of it, I really like these as well, they're CCW's and I had originally planned on getting some for my 8, these would look super shweet as well:

they're called SP600's, and more info is available here: http://www.ccwheel.com/files/wheelpr...l.php?id=sp600

I don't know if either of these would work with TPMS, but who cares anyway right?

Bro, these are really nice wheels! But, did you look at the pricing? Dude, they're $908 a wheel!

Am I just really cheap or does all the nice wheels cost grip?

yeah, they're 2 piece forged and probably made to order for each specific vehicle, much like the Work's I just picked up. All the crazy nice forged stuff is going to cost a lot of dough due to the materials, how its made etc., but as I've always found out the hard way; you get what you pay for. ugh, harsh truth) Maybe you should go with Enkei RPF01's, those aren't too expensive, very lightweight, don't know if they come in 19s though. You could also score a set of the 19" G35 wheels, those are made for Nissan my Ray's, they're forged, 19's, oem so no fitment issues etc. It really is too bad the Do Luck's only go to 18s, those in a 19 would be pimp!

edit: not sure if you checked them out, but those CCW's I entioned are extremely light, also forged, custom made to your car etc. and not nearly as pricey as the JDM stuff

yeah, CCW stands for "complete custom wheels!" sound 'spensive, bro. but they are nice. i appreciate your help and lack of sarcasm. good looking out. i may just go with the Nismos, Hiros, or g35's...i'm so stressed. its a pretty big purchase for me and i don't want to get a wheel i'll regret later on and i also don't wanna run into crazy debt for some wheels, either. feel me?

anyhoo, right on and----bump!

The CCW's are middle of the road cost wise, they won't be as cheap as Enkei's or other more readily available off the shelf type wheels, but they're not HRE priced either. These aren't 6 spoke, but maybe they'll work

lol, you would achieve baller status with those rims as well as have a gaping hole in your wallet

Yeah man...you said it. But the gaping hole wouldn't be in my wallet...it'd be in my credit report!

Who's got $5k cash to drop on wheels [without tires] anymore? Atleast, I know I don't.

Any other suggestions?
