ABS and TCS Lights (2nd solution)

The Problem
Start car and no warning lights come on. When you depress the break both the ABS and TCS (skidding car) lights come on and stay on.
The solution
Press your brake pedal and have someone check to see if your brake lights are coming on. If they aren't you need to check your fuse.
The fuse is in the engine compartment fuse box. When you pop the hood and face the car the the fuse box is the black plastic box at the front of the car on your right (driver side). It's a 15A fuse. Check the diagram on the inside of the fuse box lid to find the fuse (it's labeled stop in the diagram). The fuse puller is also in the fuse box lid.
You can pick up a new fuse from part source or Crappy Tire for a couple of bucks.
Other solutions
You should know that other problems appraently trigger these same two lights.
-Broken or disconnected ABS sensor
-Lower the car can cause it to get confused
-Others????
More
When I bought my car I noticed that there was some water in the rear light. They told me they would drain it and it wouldn't come back. They did fix it and I haven't noticed any more moisture. Anybody else have a problems with water in their lights?
A few weeks ago I noticed the ABS and TCS lights. I checked the forums and they all mentioned issues with the ABS sensors. I had done some brake work and that answer made some sense. Unfortunately I tried all the "solutions" and none cleared the light.
The other day my buddy noticed my brake lights weren't working. We went up to part source to hook up'the OBDII reader. Sadly it wouldn't talk to my car. As a last resort I figured check the brake fuse. Sure enough it was blown, walked back into PS and that was that.
One Last thing.. does anybody else think the owners manual sucks?
