Adjusting pads on new rotors

I had some Rotora rotors put on last week. It is difficult to see but there appears to be some rust forming around the hub of the rotor. Is this a simple pad adjustment or is it something else?

Thanks

PS The front is perfect.
PPS I know she needs a wash.......

Really can't tell from that picture.

You need to paint the Hub. Rust is normal.

Are you saying the rotor is rusting?

Your tires are too narrow for the wheel.

You're rotor has a larger braking surface than the OEM rotors do. There will be no avoiding that large rust ring on those rotors.
