No matter what alignment you get it shouldn't ever pull to the right. now it may wander more easily on uneven surfaces so make sure you've tested it on a flat level road. You should definitely bring it back, have them ride with you to show them, and then have them check it again. Then ask them to make sure and test drive it after they are done to make sure it drives straight. They shouldn't charge you again for that.

I can't speak to the actual alignment figures and spec tolerances but I am always concerned when the numbers on each side are not the same for each parameter. MM and winning8 does that difference in castor from side to side and SAI concern you? Looks kinda sloppy to me but again I don't know.

I just put the espelir springs on my 8. I am going to get an alignment done in about week or two. Should I get it put back to stock settings? It is a daily highway driver mostly. And I dont forsee any serious track days in my future, although it might be fun to try once or twice

that's what I was thinking, that the job was sloppy... I did it at a exhaust shop, specifically because ever since I've put on my rx8store.com's HFC (without hangar), my Agency Power exhaust tip on the passenger side began melting the rear bumper... I went their originally asking them to move the AP exhaust so that the passenger tip wouldn't melt anything, but since it's titanium, and the guys at that shop are complete idiots, they couldn't do a thing... So I left with just an alignment, only thinking half a mile down the road that my alignment is still wrong...

If their is anything that frustrates me, it's grease monkeys that think they know all about cars... I suggested several times to change the rubber hangars on the passenger side, but he kept on claiming that it would move the whole exhaust system, and not just the passenger exhaust tip.... I had to bail early because I had work... I really wish I just stayed and complained... I'm having so much built up anger over that shop...

The difference in caster will only be evident when turning. In a straight line, the caster doesn't come into play.
Is it genuinely pulling to the right or do you need to set the wheel to the left to maintain a straight line?
If you let go of the wheel, does it turn left and take the vehicle with it or does the wheel stay straight (or in whatever position you left it in) and the vehicle turns right anyway?

It slowly pulls to the right... I have no other way of making that clear...

If I let go of the wheel it stays straight for a while (a short while), then slowly begins to pull to the right... I'll pay more attention to my driving to work right now... But I think that I do have to move the wheel a "little" to the left to make it go straight...

Yes, but when it pulls with your hands off, does the wheel turn or not?

yes, the wheel does turn towards the right

I remember before I got the alignment done that I would have to hold the wheel a little to the left just to make it go straight...

I asked the place, and they said that he aligned it so much. that after I balance and rotate my tires, it might start to pull to the left...

I'm having them balanced and rotated now, and actually talking to the shop... I'll figure this all out... I'm doubting it's anything serious...

Took it to Mazda today and after $70 bucks she is back to normal. That aggressive alignment sucks for street or highway. Thanks again for the help.

I just recently lowered my car with MS springs/shocks. I thought the car handled quite nicely! No pull and no high speed jitter. It was a bit more tough to turn the wheel, and more responsive (I'm a newbie but I think it was the result of toe-out) but it handled like it was on rails. Worried about the tire wear I took it to get aligned at Firestone. Specs are a little more moderate now, and the car is more driveable. Still handles great though!
