I just ripped mine all out and cut out the part for the headlight access hole and used 4 self tapping sheet metal screws to secure it. My srt4 neighbor couldn't get it around his head that i was actually gonna drive without em.

Oh BTW the guy at the event liked my car so much he let the new owner drift for free no helmet... yeah :/

^ Nice. Two way huh. I was thinking of getting one for kinda dual purpose but from the 240 friends I have the 1.5 might be better. Then again. I also hear that the stock 8 LSD is best for road racing. Care to report when broken in. Also did you happen to get the WPC coating? seen it on mazdatrix site. Thanks!

How will 18x9.5 +20 fit? I have S-Techs with stock struts. What would be the best tire size for this? Would I have to run rediculous camber? I have access to a roller.

Coilovers are next on the list but I was hoping to get wheels first. Ill probably just go coils first then.

here's a stupid question, how am i able to keep my sidemarkers in, where others have them removed?

although after taking out the liner, my car has started making a flapping sound on the highway... i hope my tires aren't hitting the sidemarkers. will test tomorrow. might just be my front lip which unsecured itself.

I can verify that with low offsets + wide tires there isn't clearance. With the 9.5 ET15 + 225/40 it makes sense it may clear if you are just doing normal driving. I can't speak for others but with 10.5 ET15-20, 265's, and hard driving there is no way those things will stay in there.

exactly, they clear and i haven't seen any markings on my tires from it hitting.

i'll take them out and drive tomorrow to rule out that that's the noise im hearing on the highway.

thanks again tilt.

Yes. My 10.5's +30 front with 265. Will not go with the front corners. I do run conservative camber though. Maybe 245 I could so it. Also. I'm not as low as you guys. Must be the minimal camber.

thanks again tilt.
Also check to see if your under tray is cracked/split.

The main reason I know about the corner issue is because I tried trimming mine a bit, but still popped one out on the highway. Luckily I was alone on the road and it was an amber corner! Lol

Could be air catching it at highway speeds pushing it down.

If it is the corner area, the bumper portion itself may/will need to be trimmed as well, to allow clearance.

Oh the joy of aggressive fitment

cars gone to get detailed, but i checked the clearance for the side markers and the tires have some decent distance from the mounting point, where the bolt that holds the markers in is.

i heart aggressive fitment, i get all the people looking at me like im absolutely crazy

im gonna put the car up on a lift next week and maybe do some tie wrap work for the under mud guard and also re-secure my front lip

will post pics after it gets detailed!

Yeah I get sad not being able to use my clear corners, but they do go on at the meets/shows haha.

Apart of me wanted to shave down the side marker to make it fit my new bumper or I was thinking about just deleting the side marker area in general.

The Tsunami one came like that, it was the only part of that bumper I liked
