I have to disagree with you there, my setup this past summer was 235 on a 10" wheel and I would only consider that moderate stretch.

sadly no. its VERY close. just needs a tiny bit shaved off the center baffle to line up just right. but like I said without the crash bar its money.

thats kinda ridiculous haha.
Though I dont have much room to talk, I'll most likely be on a 255/35 on my 18x11.5.

ridiculous or not, i prefer to save money. tires come on wheels, i use them. not down to put down 400 bucks just to get the 'correct' sized tire when the tires that were on the wheels were perfectly fine. that's just me though. i ain't ballin' :P

Those would look good on a BMW or Audi...20's don't belong on an 8.

Don't get me wrong, the wheels themselves look good, but the RX8 wasn't ment for VIP style.

rolled, shaved n' cambered. Gonna have to get rid of the plastics too.

Btw, 245's on a 10" wide wheel is an absurd stretch in regards to function.
Thank you for the input. I figured it would take some finagling to pull off. That said, I'd love to go wider (255/35 or 265/35) so if that's feasible, I'm at full attention.

Damn- Also thanks (can't do multi quote on my phone). I actually asked the same question in the Will it Fit Thread, but was given the brush off rather quickly and told to get higher offset wheels (paraphrasing). That was early this week, so I figured this would be the better place to ask.

Anything will fit. It's just that is the type of thing that if you have to ask, you almost certainly aren't going to pull it off.
