Sorry it's not rx8 content, but recent shot of my car, some of you have already seen.
Oh and I hate the fact that flickr images are now made small & have ads on them

By the way, anyone here interested in a partial sponsorship for some 19x9.5 +22 5-spoke or multi-spoke wheels? PM me if you are

So I'm ready to commit to gunmetal mb battles on my tit.
I know the basics wheel and tire size and also know this has been covered to one extent or another.
I currently run kazera wheels with basic stock sizing.
I want to go with something that accents the battles sunken look.
I run powertrix coilovers and am pretty low already.
Have seen 17 and 18 setups (pictures) with the battles. cant really tell much diference.
Can a helluflush vet weigh in on my best option? Yes, i am looking for a spoon feed.
Would prefer to avoid spacers and will just go stock if no one sets me straight.

18 x 9.5 +30ish should be a good setup to get you flush but yet still be pretty functional. But a quick look shows you will only get to pick between a
+23 and a +38 in a 9.5" rim. A +23 would be nice but that depends on what tire size you want to run and it would be on the pretty aggressive side if you want to be reasonably functional. Chances are you will also need to adjust your coilovers to get the look where you want it. An 18 x 9.5 +38 would be a safe choice though and you could run a 265/35-18 on them. With the +23 a 245/40-18 would be a good choice.

The 18 x 9.5 +38 with a 265/35-18 tire would be legit. The hard parkers will recommend more aggressive setups but it's just not realistic if you still want to drive hard and not destroy your car. I would also recommend upgrading the springs on your coilovers, it helped quite a bit on mine when I upgraded to Swift coil over springs.
