Another reason why i love KONI!
a few weeks ago, i noticed that my car was behaving differently then it used to mid corner as well as breaking. so as usual, i got under the car once i got home and noticed that the front passenger side shock was covered in a clear liquid. the following morning while leaving my appartment complex, i noticed that when i go over speed bumps, i would hear that old shock squeak. i ignore it hoping that the problem would go away but of course it didnt. i also dreaded the idea of haveing to put the stock shock back on for a few weeks until my busted one reaches koni and they send me a new one. but, i did what i had to do and called koni this morning and described my problem. the rep confirmed that i probrably have a leaky shock and asked for my email address. this is what i got:

We have the following options available for the warranty:
Go to the following link and we will need all of this information faxed over to us: http://www.koni-na.com/warrantyform.pdf. We can do a replace in advance where we will send you a new shock (charged to your credit card at half of list), and then you mail the defective shock back to us, once we receive it back and it goes through the warranty process and if found to be warrantable, we will credit back your credit card at that time. If it is denied under the warranty then you will only be charged the original charge.
You can also do a replace only, you fax the information over, we will give you an RGA # to put on the box, you send the defective product to us, we evaluate it, upon approval of the warranty we will send a new one back to you. If it is denied under the warranty we can either send the damper back to you or we can scrap it here at our facility.
