Not really alot of people dont know about the car, unless there are in one of these forum or have seen the car in the magazine or in my shop. I get alot of supra and 350z in the highway, who always get next to me and star reving up there cars thinking they are goin to embarrest another rx-8. i just laugh.

 

God i love it....but be careful bringing up kills or hints of them here...

 

is this the car that was on ebay for about 79,000 ????? i thought this was a show car

 

well the car is a show car. But i do drive the car, on nice days, the car so far has 2100 miles. since i bought it. The car was on ebay, for 79k and it's still for sale. the person that won the auction on ebay, couldn't get the loan from his bank.

 

why is that, are we allow to say the kills here on this forum. or would it get block

Here's my black 8 on Tanabe GF210 springs last month, maybe a week and only a couple hundred miles after I had them settled. They've settled a bit more in the 2500 miles or so since, closing the front wheel gap better. I'll post updated pics later.

 

1.75" drop with 19" rims

 

I am surprised how much difference even a 1 inch drop can make!

 

i had problems with the4 front being too low so i switched out the srping to a 1.2" drop(eibach) its much better now but still has an aggressive stance.

 

what springs did you have first.

cortc...your ride looks great...those are the rims I'm looking at too...

definitely get stealth bulb turn signals for the front (or LED turns signals)...would make a world of difference (although a PAIN IN THE *** to install...find a small child with tiny hands to reach in there, I'm thinking about getting married and having a kid just so they can change the lightbulbs on my car)

The factory wheels have been gone for several months, I am selling the Axis hiro wheels (They are great wheels in perfect condition; this is a show car now...) am getting some SSR Professor SP1s in black for the show circuit... You get extra points for multi-piece wheels and if the are JDM...

I sold the stock ones on ebay in 12 hours, I have nor placed these on ebay yet where they will go quickly as I am not in a big hurry to sell... The new ones get here is a few weeks they were special order...

Oh, the wheels are available for 1,250.00 + 50 for shipping UPS ground... If you like I can also get you a set of tires for 620.00 + 50 shipping... The tires would be Hankook K104s (Rated as good as the S03s...) 235/35-19 and 265/30-19...
