Anybody run Yokohama Advan AVS Sports on there 8?
I picked up a set for my car to go on the rear. My Toyo T1R's tread is gone after a year and 4 months of use, which i was really surprised that they lasted that long after putting 47k miles on them. I heard great reviews about Yokohamas but never seen any user comments about Yokohamas Advans being on the 8. If any of you guys are running them please share your input about them, if not i will share my own when i get them put on today. There 275/30/19's.... stepping up from 265's. The 265 Toyos were great, but i am not a fan of the stretch look on a 9.5 inch rim.

I'm not sure you'll find too many people with the AVS Sport. It was one of the better max performance tires in the early 2000s, but tire technology has really advanced since then and these days there are much better tires for the money. As it is, there is no 275/30-19 AVS Sport, only a 265/30-19.
There is a 275/30-19 Advan Sport though. The Advan Sport is a very competitive Max Performance tire that is still civil. However, for the $339 pricetag of that size, I'd go for the $273 RE050A Pole Position instead as the two tires are fairly comparable. If you want a little more performance and are willing to sacrifice tread life, the $269 RE-01Rs are a steal.
