Anyone with Tein CS Coil Overs?
#3
Hi:
The Tein CS Coilovers are designed to be for Comfort.
Here is some information
TEIN Type CS damper was designed to give comfort to sophisticated drivers.
We adapted a hard rubber upper mount for noise proofing and mono-tube type shell case to heighten road holding.
* Improved ride comfort over original shock absorbers.
* A hard rubber upper mount is used for noise proofing.
* 16 levels of damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together).
* Ride height adjustable.
* A mono-tube design and increased shell case diameter allow for 30% more oil capacity,
as compared to OEM shock absorber, to handle the upsizing of wheel with lower profile tires.
* Available for overhaul.
So my questions stands.
How comfy is the ride in the RX8 with de CS's?
Anyone has them?
Thanks,
Everett

tein flex
hi all.
saw your post about tein cs, from what i have hear, the TEIN CS coil over r pretty soft, cos i have just installed a set of tein flex coil-overs, n they r not to hard, with front 7kg, rear 4kg.
the ride is just a little firmer than stock, but i have front 9kg, n rear 6kg springs coming.
with the rear of the car much more firmer n if u like over steer, this is the way to go, cos is a lot more easyer to control now.
post some pic, when i have them.
