ATTN: Tanabe Spring Owners
I had Tanabe GF210 Springs on my car for about a year. I just got some AP Sway bars and end links.
Everyone was telling me installing the back sway bar and end links is about a 30 min install. So I started with the back ran into a issue with building the end links they are not plug 'n play out of the box so my frist try on the install was about 4 hours No big deal with the help of the fellow members on here came to my rescue and round two was a 30 min install.
However after requestion pix of what the bar and end links should look like when intsalled the right way I did find out that my oem/stock end links where bent back wards like a elbow
This cant be good. I dont know if its from loading 2 3 or 4 people in my car. Or loading the trunk with grocerys or driving aggressive.
I just want to let people know about this. If you have aftermarket springs that are soft check your end links. They might be bent.
I'll pick up my bar this weekend and try to get pix up so you know what I'm talking about.

I took a picture for comparison
AP vs. a Stock End-Link.
I made an arrow where they are prone to break and if I am not mistaken there was a recall on this as well for the exact reason that under heavy cornering end-links would break at that point.
As you can see the Rear End-Link on the Left, Stock in the center, and on the Right Front, which is Adjustable.
There is no better End-Link on the market currently then AP with the cost compared to benefits.

I had my stock sway bars and ride height on auto x's and nothing happen to mine. Even after lowering the car and using stock setup for about 3 months nothing happen. Like fluid said, your must of been the flukes that needed the recall. So if you hear squeaks then better check your end links.
Btw Dominion, where is the front bar?

If you have GF210's get some sway bars and end links! you will not regret it. I recon the AP's are great! and you wont regret it.
Fluid, my oem end links bent right in the center and back! yea I know crazy man.

Who me? yea I used WhiteSnowflake8 pix for my install and they came out the same way. If your talking about my oem end links they bent when the oem bar was on the car. I never touched them.
