Brake pads for autocross?

I'm looking for suggestions for brake pads for autocross/daily driving. I like Axxis Ultimates for this purpose on my Miata a few years back but have switched to more agressive Carbotechs for some track use. The Axxis Ultimates don't seem to be available any more.

Any advice on what pads would work well for autox and spirited driving?

Rock Auto still has the Axxis Ultimates, but they are hidden under a different name brand.

CENTRIC Part # 10910090 Axxis Ultimate

Doesn't appear that they carry the rears anymore, just the fronts.

Racing Brakes ET500 and Hawk HPS are the two most popular choices amongst subtle pad upgrades. You will get less dusting with the ET500's.

I've had both the ET500s and ET800s, and prefer the later for solo work. The higher coefficient of friction of the ET800s (and thus the lower pedal force required) just seem to work better for me. But the 800s do take a smidgen of heat to get into their "zone."

Purely subjective, BTW.

If you don't mind the brakes being a bit noisy at times when cold, Hawk HP+, if you care about noise, Hawk HPS.
