MD Caliper tool set

Hey I just did my front brakes and had only a little trouble getting the cylinders in with the use of chanal locks. I do not wish to start on the rear ones without having a caliper tool because I hear it's much harder (having to both push and turn).

I have a simple multi caliper matching tool (the little cube guy with the different hole settings). I went to autozone to look into renting the tool, they were out, but she said that they cost about as much to rent as to buy.

So, I have some questions.

1) Do I really need this tool?

2) If so, how much should I be looking to spend on a rental?

3) Is it worth buying?

45 dollars from harbor freight. All of the autoparts stores in Savannah have free tool rental. Check around to see if you can rent in for free. Tool you have should work.

The little cube thingy is all you need.

You don't even need the little cubey thing. I HAVE the little cubey thing and I never use it - a pair of needle-nose pliers held at mid-way open works best for me.
