the set, i believe, was around $100 (yea...tell me about it). the valve stem caps for my SF-Challenges are silver with a blue tip that says RAYS. i'm gonna hang on to these cause i know they're gonna eventually get stolen...again.

are the Volks Racing GT-S rims compatible with the TMPS? i know the 99b's are because of BigO, also, are the SF-Challege compatible with TMPS?

oh hot dog, that sucks.... i guess ill just get those 99b's. haha

So let me just make sure i get this straight, the TMPS only works with 1 peice rims. But not all 1 peice rims, correct? The g-games 77w is one peice, would it work for those rims?

I just one some sweet 5 spoke rays that are compatible with tmps... i love that tmps.... anyways, sweet 5 spokes other than the 99b's

The G-Games 77F that I have the stem comes out of the center of the rim and turns toward the lip. If I put the TPMS stems in there I might end up snapping them off

I noticed this pic is different for this G-Games 77F it comes out next to the lip:

I know these rims come in 1, 2, or 3 piece how does a person tell?

Definitely not compatible with the GTS. There are aftermarket options though.

It is possible if you a much thicker sidewall...but you're right, as is it would snap with any bump.

looks like the rears right now are 19x9.5 +36. 6cm fender extension is = to 60mm. theoretically, 19x10.5 +5 or -5 should work. that's a massive dish...

How you calculate and find that +5 or -5 should work??Shouldn't that be +36-60(+the difference betwwen 9.5 and 10.5)=-1x mm????

Please explain that a bit cause i must order rims soon...

with the 19x9.5 +36 wheel you have on the rear, the fender and wheel are perfectly flush. by adding a 60mm fender extension, your 19x.9.5 +36 wheel is now 60mm away from being flush. going to a 10.5 wide rim, you are adding an extra .5 inch on each side of a 9.5 wheel (.5 inch = approx 12mm). now, a 19x10.5 +36 will theoretically be 48mm away from being flush with your 60mm fender extension. in order to be exactly flush (theoretically) 36-48=-12. 19x10.5 -12 GT-AV does not exist. 19x10.5 -15 does, but that might be too much. so the next best size would be 19x10.5 -5.

10.5 -15 is a high pad wheel, -5 is a medium pad , and +5 is a low pad. these will all give you about a 4.75 inch lip.

this is just my estimation...i could be TOTALLY wrong. all my measurements are based off of www.mackinindustries.com

Here's the deal, I promise...if you walk into a wheel shop with 4 grand in cash, I'm sure you will get the help, and the wheels that will fit perfectly on your vehicle. Most of the guys in this thread have posted up the wheel size and offsets for you. Find the wheel you like, and then go to volks website to see what colors are available....not all colors all available for each wheel....well, I take that back, you can custom order anything from Volk if you have the money and the patience to wait for delivery from overseas.

Question

hi guys,

am planning to order the CE28N gold rims for my black RX8 (Mint Blue Kit), i am sticking to 18x8.5 (front) and 18x9.5(rear). please let me know the offset for the perfect fitment and the ideal size of tyres for these to go with my rims without any sort of rubbing or issues. TQ

PS: post or pm me some photo if you happen to have CE28N rims on a Black RX8.
