Anybody have pics of the GTV in 19s?
I just wanted to see how long the spokes are on the 19" Rim.
The geniuses at Super Autobacs told me they only came in 18s (LIES). I should of known when i walked in and they were playing music from the FnF soundtrack that it wasnt going to be a very informative visit.

Hey DanRedRx8, thanks for your nice comments. Dude, your red beast still looks HAWT!!!.. I was very very close of getting the CE's in the Black TimeAttacks with the red lip. But thought it would be too much Black on Black and the waiting time was too long. Nice work DanRedRx8...

I do have the Volk Racing GT-Low Type centre caps, but looked really funny when i placed them on. So i decided to just go for the Bronze flat type. I think in the end it looked better. Still i have a spare set for later hey!!!

Blackdawg, I love the wheels. I have 2 suggestions for you though... Get rid of the front license plate and get ride of the chrome fuel tank. I think the chrome makes the car have too many colors involved. Beautiful car nonetheless!

So I am either having some problems with my Grams or Discount Tire is a POS
I went in on the Thursday before SevenStock to get my wheels and tire mounted and balanced. All went good. Then on the Friday the AZ caravan was to leave for Irvine, my passenger side rear tire came un-beaded. I said **** it, left the car in my garage and rode in a friends FC to SSX.
I get home on Sunday and now the passenger side front is flat as well!! So I jack the car up on jackstands and take both to Discount. They replace both tires and remount and balance everything, and refund my original payment. Good deal. That was last Monday.
Then yesterday (Friday, the 28th) I am leaving a friends house when I feel the front end get all sloppy. I pull over and as you guessed, now my front drivers side tire is completely flat and un-beaded. A lot of swearing insues and I limp the car a 1/2 mile back to my friends house who convienetly has a stock RX-8 rim with a mounted tire as a spare (he also has an 8 that is currently resting peacefully at the moment). So we swap on the stock rim and I drive to Discount, and throw the tire at the manager. They have to get a new tire because my sidewall is destoried so they keep the wheel overnight (last night).
So finally this afternoon I pick up my wheel re-mounted and balanced. The manager then gives me greif for the fact I haven't paid anything (I got a refund) and they have replaced 4 tires for free now and they're eatting the cost. We get in an arguement but then he goes on to say my wheels may not be TPMS compadible. I told him I bought them from TireRack and they wouldn't sell a non-TPMS wheel for a car that comes with a TPMS system from the factory.
So now I am wondering if Discount is just a joke or my Gram Lights 57 Maximums are NOT TPMS compadible. Anyone know? I checked TireRack's website and they didn't mention anything of them not being compadible, but they didn't exactly say they were, either. I think I'll call TireRack and hopefully find out.
Thanks all!

yeah, which means that he would have known the tires would go flat before hand. also chickenwafer, was the tpms light blinking when you had the rims after you fixed them the first time?

Nope

Red; my light was on constant, no blinking. It's been like that since I picked my car up from Discount (the first time). I figured I may have to reset the TPMS sensors but now I'm thinking they may be damaged.
I tried calling TireRack earlier but they were closed, so I'll call Monday. I don't know what makes a rim TPMS compadible? I heard there is supposed to be a little "box" or groove where the sensor should sit inside the wheel, but I went and checked my 5Zigen Super6 wheels that ran the TPMS fine for over 40,000 miles and they have no such provisions. Maybe I should get new TPMS sensors??
