Can I go 245 wide on OEM 18's?

Any tire that is wider than the supporting rim width..wont perform as well as it would on a rim with a matching or wider wheel width..strictly speaking.

I wouldnt go wider than 120% wheel width on tires for performance driving. If you do..they'll scallop, wear, heat up funny..etc. And have a nice side to side shimmy in transitions.
