cant get front wheel out!

It's just a rusted on if you haven't removed it in a while. After you remove the lug nuts, lower the car back down so the weight of the vehicle is back on the wheel without the lug nuts. Sometimes this is enough to loosen the wheel. It may take a couple of tries. If you have a hydraulic jack you can drop it rather quickly. Just be careful. If you drop it too fast the wheel might fall off and you may cause damage.

^^ yup, most likely rust holding it on.
try Costello's method and then hold the tire from each side and try to wiggle it off using small side to side motions. That should loosen it enough for it to come off.
