Chasis Brace and Sway Bar..difference?

This may seem like a dumb question but are they the same thing and can they both be installed, or is it kinda like springs vs coilovers, both do the same thing but you can have both installed..?

they are not the same thing... the sway bar runs laterally across the car (front wheel to front wheel, etc) and connected to endlinks then to the supporting portion of the wheel.... this mod takes away most of the travel known as body role... this has the largest effect

the chasis mod actually runs along the bottom of the car and stiffens the chasis in strategic placing lateral and angular bars to structurally reinforce the chasis itself....

both of the mods can be done and infact would work very well with one another.... but if your going to spend 400-600 bucks on one and not the other... you will see the most gains suspension wise from the sway bars

i would suggest the agency, tanabe, or racing beat sway bars...
