Coilover installation problems.

I currently have tein coilovers but now I am going back to stock suspension and need to put the upper mounts on my stock shocks. Im having a problem removing the nut from the rear suspension. i cant take off the nut without the shaft turning. With tein basics you can use a crescent wrench to torque down the nut and keep the shaft from moving since its not damper adjustable. Now I want to disassemble the coilovers but once the nut reaches a certain point, I cant use a crescent wrench anymore. The shaft just moves with the nut. You cannot put an allen wrench on top like you can with the stock shocks. The upper mounts for the rears make it hard to reach the shaft. If i could reach the shaft, I would use cloth and a vice grip to hold the shaft, but its not possible though, or is it? can anyone help?

if there is no adjustment on the top then use an air gun. what I ended up doing with my double adjustable koni's is having to grind two flat spaces in the thread where I could stick my wrench. I used a tap to clean out the thread after it it works just fine. if the shocks wern't in my car i would snap you a pic. sorry.

I figured it out. All I did was tighten the perches. By tightening them, I was able to make the shaft stay in place which allowed me to loosen the nut.
