personally... I think these are much sweeter:

Unfortunately, I can't justify $1300 a rim

Other Wheel Options

Here are 2 more wheels with similar design that you might want to consider, definitely less pricy than HRE:
Enkei RP03
G Games 77 Wolf 2-Piece

I don't like many aftermarket rims I have seen but those on that pic Jason, those look great on the 8. $1300 a rim? Damn, I wish I would have invested in a wheel company before they blew up like that. Guess I will stay stock and like it...

Looked at the RP03...I like them.....but the HRE's are way nicer in person....esp with the anodized centers...Probably end up with something like that though. Santa is broke :D

I wanted the HRE 445 as well, but damn, $898 per wheel was the best quote I got, GRIP! And that's w/o center cap!

JasonHamilton - I agree 100% - Those are the best looking wheels I 've seen in a long time. Nothing else like them on this forum. Any ideas of make or model?

I love those HRE wheels--I'll probably end up with the Stern ST-2s or my factory chrome.

I like the body kit but I'll have to disagree on those rims--don't think they look all that great.

ASAJH3 chrome

I just ordered Pirelli Nero Zero all season tires and ASA JH3 wheels in chrome from Tirerack. Three week delay on tires as backordered from factory. With sensors came to $2300 and change. Thought maybe steel rims better but they're in the $800 each range, if I read the description correctly.

Is the ASAJH3 a good choice given I need low to mid price range?
