My wheels just came in today. I'll be mounting them up either tomorrow or Sunday, and I'll try to get pictures as well. From my brief searching, I have yet to see an RX-8 with the Kojin, so I'm hoping it looks decent. Overall I'm a fan of the wheel, so I think I'll enjoy them even more once I see them on the car!
I ended up going with 18x8.5 offset: 50mm. I didn't want anything too super aggressive, and wanted to retain everything that makes the RX-8 actually fun to drive. Let me know what you guys think

I wish they came in gunmetal... I painted my stockers with anthracite plasti dip because I was sick of the silver on silver and I like the look (from a distance, up close I think the plasti-dip looks like ****). I really want to get some decent wheels but have the hardest time deciding on anything I like. I think the Kojin would look awesome in gunmetal.

Understandable. To each their own. Personally not a fan of the style unless they are in the wide and more concave versions of the Kojin. 5Zigen FN01RC and RPF1's are a good choice, but you also deal with the "everyone has them factor".
None the less, you really didn't go wrong with the Kojins.

It's weird they almost look smaller than the stock ones, I guess because it's black on black...
