Hmm, seems legit. As far as these coilovers go, there were no changes since 04-05, were there? Because those are the only years you can choose..I highly doubt it matters though, right?

Let me know what you come up with. $1260 still doesn't sound right when everyone else is selling for around $1400, I mean yeah not a big difference in price, but definitely enough to double check. Im going to have to rely on you for calling them up as I'm in Afghanistan with no way of calling, so thanks in advance :P lol

haha alright well I'll let you know what I come up with also you may want to wait until I recieve the item just to make sure its fitment is correct and what not because if it doesnt work out you'll have a much harder time returning anything than I do lol

Cheapest legit place to get the PSS9's (with the correct part # listed) will be www.yoparts.com for $1,365. To get them at this price you have to pay ~$40 to become a 6 month member. However, if you're in the market for a number of parts at once (coilovers, wheels, racing seats, etc), the $40 membership fee will be paid for many times over.
With that said, I bought mine from stranoparts.com for ~$1,500. I knew what I was getting and there were no surprises when my box arrived at my door. The owner has also helped me with invaluable advice in setting up my car for autocross which you can't get from a wholesale retailer.
Best of luck whatever you decide!
