Falken 452 vs 615
The 615's have done their job, very well. I got 15k out them with tread and have another 5k past the wear bar. Done. No complaints, tracked only once. I don't think I'll track many more times, but then maybe one/two events per year. I'm thinking of getting a set of 452's. For DD and minor xcross would the 452's serve better than the 615's? I know I could spend alot more but the 615's were also inexpensive and were wonderful shoes.

FK 452 is a 300 treadwear tire intended for a luxo-sport application. It can sustain an occasional track event.
RT-615 is a 200 treadwear tire designed for auto-x and is sustainable as a track day tire. It is more of a performance tire than the FK 452, but based on your needs it seems like the 452 is a logical choice over the RT-615.
