fiding a tire help/advise

Hello Guys

I own a 2005 RX8 that has about 22k miles. I had to change tires about a little more than a year ago when the car had about 18K miles. At the time I replaced the OEM tires with a set of Pirelli 225/45 ZR18 91 W. They were very quiet tires and I for the most part have been very pleased with them. The problem is that 2 of the tires need to be replace, one due to a big nail in the tread and the other one due to a side cut.
I have been looking for the same tire online but I can't find it. Maybe some of you are more resourceful at finding them. So the question is, do I have to replace the whole set of tires. or can I just replace the faulty tires with new ones. The current tires are fairly new (about 4K miles) and they would not need replacement if the circumstances were different. By the way the tires affected are the front and back passenger side tires in case that that makes a difference.
Of course if money was not an issue I would just buy 4 new tires and forget about it but that is not a case but at the same time I don't want to compromise the performance of my car so I could make a big effort and buy 4 new tires depending on what you guys recommend.

So far I am looking at these tires as possible replacement:
225/45ZR18 Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec
Blackwall

Thanks for your help,

TopQ

TX 2 Star specs

As a former tire dealer IMO to rotate your driver rear Pirelli to the passenger front; if it has a directional arrow, remount it forward. Then, mount the 2 Star Specs on the rear wheels. All cars need better tire on back, and our 8 will wear more in the back faster than you want. When the Star Specs wear down to 4/32 rotate to front if Pirelli has more tread. Then, when your Pirelli's and Star Specs have even low tread you can buy 4 tires next time.

If you are looking for a quiet tire, the Star Specs are not for you. Mine sound like a 4x4. Looking for ultimate grip, get the Star Specs.
