Roll the fender means, to take the inner fender lip and roll it up to make cleareance between the tire and the fender.

I had seen those wheels in some mags and had thought about getting the same ones for my blue 8. 19s don't look as big as I thought they would, maybe it's just me but I still want those wheels. It looks awesome, good job!
