Finally lowered my car!
Got some Tein Stechs last week for $120 on ebay, and was lucky to get the chance to use my colleagues garage. I wish I could do a DIY, but I did not have time to spare and did not want to take up too much time in his garage with his other projects going on. Currently he is working on his boat, motorcycle and his 69 mustang. I could not believe what he had in his mustang, it was a 427 super snake, good for about 500 + whp. He is still working on getting the rear end of the car done before he can drive it. But the car was really awesome, very authentic.I will be following his project closely and someday do a photo shoot with his car when it is done. And he has another super snake engine waiting to gp into another project car of his. This project will be even better and I will get more details when he actually starts it, until then here are some pictures form this weekend.
This was after we did the front ones, did not get a chance to take pictures of that
We did the rear springs without taking the wheels off, it was so much easier todo, as the struts just drop down. Took us only about an hour and a half to do the rear springs
This is the mustang and what you see here is a 427 super snake, really cool!, this was a drag car before he started the project.
You can see my car in the back here, it was a really big shop but was packed full.

Yes they are real, it was a open box item and some guy from the forum was selling them on ebay. He never installed them and had to sell his car I think. I did not preload them we just installed it straight from the box, and the drop looks about right to me. Maybe it can go a little lower in the back but I am ok with how it is now. Will def post pictures soon instead of trying to explain.

+1 car looks great, its a nice drop. Can you give more details on how it rides? You say its stiffer buy does it get too rough over bumps or does it still handles the bumps ok without getting too hard and bouncy? Been thinking of lowering my car since it looks too high, but I like the smoother ride right now, specially over bumps. Debating on RB or S-techs.
