Brand new to the site, I am sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but I need some help about these brake rotors on ebay, I would like to know if they are safe, I guess I just need any kind of info on these. I need to know if they are stock parts? I am very confused.

Not sure, but some vendors on ebay are reliable and some are not. I never ordered anything with this vendor, but try it, you would never know until you try it. Anyway, they have return policy, so you are okay.

 

Why not just buy from a reputable dealer.. not that much more expensive.

 

Try Racing Brake, good stuff, in fact equal or better than any other quality gear out there. It's your brakes, after all. Don't cheap out.

 

Centric rotors are good oem replacements, but the ones you linked aren't the right ones. That part number is for the base 04/05 auto.

You can get them from Rockauto for about the same price, and you'll actually get what you ordered.
