Have you lowered your 8?

How many have lowered their car, and by how much? What brand did you use and are you happy with the result?

Mine's lowered 1.0" all around with H&R springs.
I'm very happy with the results.

You can see my car here. (Skip to around the last page to see the photos.)

I got mine lowered with Eibach springs and stock shocks. (around an inch drop). I wish it was stiffer. From what I have read, the H&Rs are stiffer.

I originally ordered Eibachs but my supplier recommended the H&R since he recommended stiffer springs to go with the standard shocks.

The H&R's are still comfortable to live with, not bone-jarringly stiff, but also not limp wristed.

I used the Tein S-Tech's and so far noticed a 3/4 in drop in the rear and a 1 1/4 drop in the from. Ride is stiffer but comfortable. Still riding on the stock shocks. I removed a 1" from the bump stops (all 4 corners). The handling is way improved and so is the look.

I use JICs and dropped 2" front and 1.75" rear. Looked real sweet but don't think about wider tires if you want to go that low. 245/40x18 (OEM wheels) rubbed on the front. OEM springs and shocks are back on for winter.

I used JICs also. Dropped 2.75" all around. Front is adjusted 5 clicks from hardest and rear is adjusted 7 clicks from hardest. Ride is a bit more stiff but not uncomfortable. Well for me it aint.
